Step-by-Step Instructions
Create Savings Scheme Template
Navigate to Schemes > 'New Scheme'. Set scheme name (e.g. 'Swarna Nidhi 2026'), tenure (e.g. 11 months), monthly installment (e.g. ₹3,000), and shop bonus (e.g. 1 month installment free).
Enroll Customers from Directory
Select customer from your Khata directory to enroll them. JewelBill generates a unique scheme passbook account number.
Record Monthly Installments
When customer visits each month, record the cash/UPI installment. JewelBill logs the payment timestamp and updates balance.
Send Automated WhatsApp Passbook Receipt
Tap WhatsApp to dispatch an instant passbook update confirming installment number, total accumulated amount, and remaining months.
Redeem Scheme upon Maturity
Upon completion of all installments, tap 'Redeem Scheme'. The total accumulated balance plus shop bonus is applied as a direct payment credit on a new jewellery invoice.
